Check-in and Check-out :
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Identification
All guests must present valid ID at check-in (passport for foreign nationals). The primary guest must be 18 or older.
Dining
Meals are served exclusively in the common dining area only. We offer an unlimited buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Swimming Pool Policy
Proper swimwear is mandatory. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The resort is not liable for any injury or loss in the pool area.
No Smoking and Pet Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all villas and cottages. While we love pets, we maintain a strict no-pet policy to ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests.
Driver/Maid Accommodation
Meals and accommodation for drivers and maids are charged extra.

Guest Conduct
Ikigai Farms and Resorts reserves the right to request a guest to leave if they cause disturbances, annoy others, or exhibit unacceptable behavior.
Entry Policy

Valuables

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
• 25% minimum cancellation charge
• 50% if cancelled less than 30 days before the check-in date
• No refund for no-shows, early check-outs, or late check-ins.
